With a storied trajectory two decades in the making, Sabanera Dorado has evolved into one of the most prestigious residential communities in Puerto Rico. Today, Sabanera Dorado boasts more than 780 completed residences out of the 950 planned. Our developments, Isla de las Flores and Isla Norte, have been met with resounding success. The remaining homes are under contract, with deliveries scheduled for this year and the next.

 

At Isla Norte, we present the Casona del Norte model, available in four- and five-bedroom configurations. Of the 111 planned residences, 30 have already been delivered. This year, construction began on the second phase, consisting of 24 residences, with projected deliveries in 2025 and 2026.

Looking ahead, the future of Sabanera Dorado is brighter than ever. Last year, we began construction on Mercado y Restaurante La Pérgola, an upscale marketplace and restaurant where residents can gather with friends and neighbors to enjoy an exceptional dining experience or pick up gourmet prepared meals. Strategically located at the heart of the Clubhouse and in front of Plaza de la Fuente, La Pérgola is progressing rapidly and is set to open by mid-year.

 

As part of our commitment to fostering excellence and an unparalleled lifestyle for our residents, we are also developing the Sports Hub in the Finca Sabanera area. This new addition will feature two beach tennis courts, six pickleball courts, a dog park, and walking trails. These new state-of-the-art facilities are set to be completed by the end of the year.
