Since its inception nearly two decades ago, Sabanera Dorado has established itself as one of the most respected communities in Puerto Rico. The remaining units have options and are scheduled for delivery in 2024 and 2025. On Isla Norte, we offer the 4- and 5-bedroom models for the Casona del Norte. The renovation project includes the soccer field. Natural grass has been replaced with high-quality artificial turf, creating one of the best soccer-playing surfaces for regular play and hosting soccer school competitions. Additionally, the children’s playground has been refurbished, featuring traditional elements such as the iconic smiley face, as well as new play areas designed specifically for toddlers.

 

In addition to this list of renovations, the Sabanera Dorado Fitness Center has been completely redesigned to provide our residents with the best exercise equipment and entertainment options in a comfortable environment where they can clear their minds and refuel their bodies.

 

The future of Sabanera Dorado is very promising. At the beginning of this year, the construction of “La Pérgola restaurant and market” began. A place where our residents can come together with friends and neighbors to enjoy an exceptional culinary experience or pick up the orders of their choice. The restaurant will be run by the renowned and talented Puerto Rican chef Willo Benet. It will be located in the heart of the clubhouse in front of the fountain known as Plaza de la Fuente. The construction work is proceeding according to schedule, and the grand opening is scheduled for the beginning of next year.

 

The construction of the Sabanera Sports Park will begin at the end of this year to significantly enhance the quality of life for our residents’ families. The park, located in the Finca Sabanera area next to Lago El Mirador, will feature beach tennis and pickleball courts and is scheduled to be completed by next summer.
