With a storied legacy over two decades in the making, Sabanera Dorado has evolved into one of the most prestigious gated residential communities in Puerto Rico. Today, Sabanera Dorado proudly features over 780 completed residences out of the 950 originally planned. Our developments, Isla de las Flores and Isla Norte, have enjoyed resounding success. The remaining homes are under contract, with scheduled deliveries throughout this year and the next.

This year, construction began on the second phase, consisting of 24 additional homes, with projected deliveries in 2025 and 2026.

Designed exclusively for the enjoyment of our residents, La Pérgola is already open by reservation and has quickly become a beloved gathering place.

Now back in Puerto Rico, Chef Rodríguez delights our community with an inventive international menu crafted from the finest, freshest ingredients. La Pérgola offers a sophisticated culinary experience in an elegant, welcoming ambiance that celebrates the distinctive lifestyle of Sabanera Dorado.

 

Looking to the future, Sabanera Dorado continues to thrive. As part of our commitment to excellence and to enhancing the quality of life for our families, we are developing the Sports Hub in the Finca Sabanera area. This new enclave will feature two beach tennis courts, six pickleball courts, a dog park, and scenic walking trails. These top-tier amenities are scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
